Night Diver Course

The PADI Night Diver course is designed for divers who want to experience the underwater world after sunset. Diving at night opens up a completely different perspective, as marine life and the underwater environment transform in the absence of daylight. This course teaches you the skills and techniques needed to dive safely and comfortably in the dark.

Course Plan:

1- Self-study online (through the PADI Learning Portal)
2- Practical Training: The course includes three open water night dives, covering:

• Proper night diving equipment and light handling techniques.
• Navigation skills in low-light conditions.
• Communication methods using dive lights and hand signals.
• Managing buoyancy and orientation in darkness.
• Identifying nocturnal marine life and understanding nighttime behavior changes.

The Course Includes:

• Learning how to plan and prepare for a night dive.
• Mastering the use of primary and backup dive lights.
• Understanding how depth perception and sensory awareness change at night.
• Practicing safe entry and exit techniques in dark conditions.
• Enhancing confidence and situational awareness underwater at night.

Course Duration:

The PADI Night Diver course is typically completed over 2-3 nights, depending on local conditions and scheduling.

Eligibility:

• Age: 12 years or older.
• Open Water Diver certification (or equivalent) is required.
